BEAT81 Add-On Module for Your JR Bötzow Membership
The BEAT81 add-on module allows you to participate in the BEAT81 class program offered at Club JOHN REED Berlin Bötzow (Saarbrücker Str. 4, 10405 Berlin). This class offering is being conducted as part of a pilot project between RSG Group GmbH, Tannenberg 4, 96132 Schlüsselfeld, and GRITSpot GmbH, Saarbrücker Straße 38, 10405 Berlin.
Terms of Use
You may participate in BEAT81 group fitness classes up to 8 times per month, provided there are available spots and you have successfully registered for the class either in person at the club or via the GRITSpot GmbH booking page at https://app.beat81.com/johnreed/signUp.
Booked classes are considered used regardless of whether you actually attend them.
Requirements for booking the add-on module
To participate in the pilot project, you must either be an existing member of Club JOHN REED Berlin Bötzow with a membership contract valid through January 31, 2025, or book a BEAT81 add-on module for €10 per month when signing a membership contract for Club JOHN REED Berlin Bötzow starting February 1, 2025.
The additional module is booked by submitting a non-binding booking request via the JR contact form.
After reviewing the request, RSG Group GmbH will send the member a contract offer to the email address provided by the member. The additional module is not considered booked until the signed contract documents are returned. When signing up for a new membership in person at JOHN REED Berlin Bötzow, the additional module can be booked directly at that time.
Contract Term and Termination
The minimum contract term for the BEAT81 add-on module is 1 month. If the add-on module is not canceled at least 1 month before the end of the minimum contract term, it is extended indefinitely and can subsequently be canceled with on month’s notice. Upon termination of the primary membership, the add-on module automatically ends upon expiration of the primary membership.
Termination of the Pilot Project
Should the pilot project between RSG Group GmbH and GRITSpot GmbH be terminated early or at the end of its scheduled term, the option to continue using the add-on module will no longer be available. In this case, the add-on module will automatically expire on the date the pilot project ends. Fees already paid for the add-on module will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the period following the termination of the pilot project.
Additional Terms and Conditions
Participation is limited to members who are at least 15 years of age.
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of contract conclusion applies to the add-on module.
All prices include sales tax.
