DÜSSELDORF BILK

Rumble in the Jungle Lounge – but first we work out in our gym in Bilk until our muscles give out. And that 24/7. How? You can choose: Box your way through and give it to the bag in the functional area with cage, get your pack in our classes or enjoy the luxury of a dedicated ladies area. And don’t worry, our Sling Zone doesn’t make us a Slinger Club, despite the live DJs. So swing your fitness-hungry body where it belongs: Völklingerstraße 24. Come around and make up your own mind.
